Terms and conditions

1. Driver

The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a driving licence valid for at least 2 years.

2. Deposit

A deposit is required at pick-up; its amount depends on the vehicle category. It is refunded on return, minus any damage, missing fuel or fines.

3. Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level; any difference is charged.

4. Late return

Beyond one hour late, an extra day is charged.

5. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 h before pick-up; after that, 20% of the total amount is retained.

6. Fines

Fines and offences committed during the rental are charged to the renter, plus handling fees.

7. Insurance

The vehicle is insured; an excess remains payable by the renter unless the full insurance option is taken.
